  We believe that most children in Australia need to exercise more. Our program aims to have children enjoying exercising. Active people tend to have a more positive outlook on life, have fewer health problems and live longer.
Short & long term benefits
  Our program hopefully not only benefits children in the short term but also leads them to choosing a more active lifestyle throughout their childhood and into adulthood.
Structured lessons
  Our lessons are structured around the P.E. syllabus and conform to the Department of Education curriculum. Moving Bodies also offers lunchtime elective classes ensuring kids remain active & exercising when they should.
Encouragement 
  Our philosophy is to encourage, rather than force, children to try new things. This creates a non-threatening environment and seems to be the best way to improve their gross motor skills and fitness.
Student assessment
  Students receive self-assessment record sheets designed to meet the needs of each Stage. These are usually included in Student Portfolios. An individualised outcomes and indicators based assessment system is provided.
Safety 
  Moving Bodies provides two reliable and qualified instructors for each lesson. This ensures the highest level of safety and quality instruction.
