To put it simply, at Moving Bodies we want children to enjoy exercising in the hope that they will continue being active throughout their lives.

Our philosophy of encouraging rather than forcing children to try new things creates a non-threatening environment. We have found this is the best way to improve their gross motor skills and fitness. Hopefully this will then lend them towards trying other sports and physical endeavours.

No matter what a child's skill level, Moving Bodies design and implement programs that enhance children's self confidence with fun games & activities that best capture and maintain their attention. Moving Bodies make PE fun!

Most importantly, we place a large emphasis on safety giving parents peace of mind that their children are learning in a fun, safe environment.

Students receive self-assessment record sheets. These are designed to meet the needs of each stage of the PDHPE syllabus as set by the Department of Eduction. These are usually in the Student Portfolios. An individualised Outcomes and Indicators based assessment system is also provided.
