Moving Bodies Aquatics Enrolment Terms and Conditions

Enrolment
All Moving Bodies Aquatics members will be enrolled into our Aquatics Program on a permanent basis.

Payment Terms
Aquatics Fees must be made via Automatic (Direct Debit) Payment.
Debits can be made via credit card (Visa and Mastercard are accepted) Amex not accepted.
Payment can also be made from a Bank, Building Society or Credit Union Account.
A Direct Debit Authorisation must be completed prior to the commencement of the class.

Automatic (Direct Debit) Payments
Direct Debit Payments are ongoing and charged every month or next business day. It is the responsibility of the member to have sufficient funds available in their nominated account or credit card. The member must ensure that the nominated account/credit card is able to accept direct debit payments.
It is the responsibility of the member to notify Moving Bodies Aquatics of any update to account details. Payments are due regardless of lesson attendance.
Where fees are not received (default payment) a fee of $9.90 will be charged each time payment is not received. A text message will be sent for any defaulted payment and will require your prompt attention to rectify the funds not being received.

School Holidays
Fees will continue to be paid via direct debit throughout each school holiday period.
HOLIDAY BONUS
As part of this fee, your child will have access to structured swimming lessons (limit 3 lessons / week) plus unlimited access to any swimming clinic, fun pool activities/games sessions, kids splash and open pool times.

Christmas School Holidays
A 4 week pause period will be activated over the Christmas School Holidays. All direct debit payments will be put on hold for those 4 weeks.
Classes and fees will resume for the last 2 weeks of January. Swimmers will have unlimited access to any swimming program on offer, as per HOLIDAY BONUS.
Term lessons will commence at the beginning of the school term.

Cancellations
Cancellation of classes require for (4) weeks written notice.
Fees (and lessons) continue to the end of the 4 week notice period.

Credit Policy
Credits are at the discretion of Moving Bodies Aquatics Management. Requests for credits must be received in writing.
Vouchers may be applied to term fees.

Make Up Policy
Make up lessons are only available for classes missed where the Make Up Policy has been followed. Make up lessons are available to be done in any school holiday period.

I understand that my child / children will be enrolled on permanent basis with Moving Bodies Aquatics.
I understand that I need to provide 4 weeks (written) notice if I wish to stop my child’s swimming lessons.
I understand that any default of payment will result in a dishonour fee.
