If your child is unwell and can not attend their lesson, please provide a MINIMUM of 2 hours notice before the start of the class via your Customer Portal or app in order to be eligible for a make up token. We do not accept notice via phone or email.
If you have provided enough notice, and provided that you were enrolled in the class that issues make up tokens, you will received a make up after you have missed the class. Each student will receive 1 token per month. Each token issued will expire 30 days from the date of issue.
1 Make up token = 1 make up class
Make up tokens can be booked via your customer portal or app. If you are unable to find a class that suits you within the program that you are currently enrolled in, you may contact our friendly staff for assistance in booking an appropriate class in one of our other fantastic programs.
Your missed lesson can be used for one of the following options:
1 Swimming lesson
1 Open Ninja session voucher
2 Softplay passes
1 Ninja/Parkour class attendance
1 Gymnastics class attendance
1 Mini Ninja/Kindergym attendance
Make up tokens can only be booked a maximum of 7 days in advance.
Make up tokens can only be booked via your portal or app in the level that you are currently attending.
Make up tokens are only offered to our current clients as a service. If you are not a current client, but still have a token within its period of validity, you will be unable to use it.
Make up tokens are strictly subject to availability. If you cannot find a class that is suitable within the validity of the token, it cannot be refunded for cash, credit or other benefit, however, you are able to use a make up token for a voucher as stated above.
If a make up class is missed, the make up token will be forfeited. If it was missed due to a serious medical reason i.e. in hospital or a doctor certificate is provided, you may rebook within the term. The decision will be made by the Swim Manager.
