PARTY INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ…
**Important**
Balance of payment: Full payment is due at the completion of the party. Where payment has not been received at the conclusion of the party, a daily admin fee will be charged until party fees have been paid in full.

Duration: Your party is booked for 2 hours which includes 90 minutes of activities with the Moving Bodies Coaches, followed by an additional 30 minutes in the Party Room.
Drink breaks during the party : Please note that the children will be given brief breaks during the party.
*Please provide the children with LABELLED bottled water only. Soft drinks and juices are not permitted as drink breaks during the party.
Softplay activities: Our Softplay Playground will be part of the party activities, however we ask that this area is not accessed unless under the direction of the Moving Bodies Coaches. The coaches will instruct the party guests when this area will be used during the party. Entry into this area without the Moving Bodies coaches, will incur an additional fee.
Please make a note on your invitation, for your guests to bring a pair of socks for the Softplay activities. We would also request for you to bring spare socks for those guests who may forget.
Socks are available for purchase from reception for $5.00/pair.
Party invitation: You are welcome to use our Moving Bodies party invitation, which you can amend with your details and use.

Certificates: Please send through a list of names of the children attending, no later than one week prior to your party, so that we can prepare certificates for them.
Parents: Where parents are staying for the duration of the party, they are welcome to view the party quietly in the Parents’ Lounge near the gym floor. For social purposes, please use the Party Room upstairs to minimise distractions and noise for the children.. Any food or drink that you wish to provide for parents should be kept in the Party Room.
Moving Bodies premises: Please note that parents and participants are only permitted in the areas directly being used for the Moving Bodies party. Access to the Softplay Playground is not permitted unless under the direction of Moving Bodies staff. This is to ensure the safety of your party guests, parents and siblings. We have a creche available for younger siblings. This is available free of charge, provided the space is left in a clean and tidy manner. Please advise us if you wish to use this room for parents and siblings during the party. If you would like to use it, this room MUST be left as it is found otherwise a cleaning fee will apply. We appreciate your co-operation in ensuring your guests are aware of this.
After the party: Once your party has finished, you will have 30 minutes to leave the Moving Bodies Centre. Beyond this time, a venue hire fee of $50.00 per half hour will be charged.
Please note: we request that you do not bring PINATA’S or PARTY POPPERS into the centre.

Cafe:
Our Moving Bodies Cafe will be open throughout the duration of your party. A Cafe tab can be provided for your party guests which can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification. Our friendly Cafe staff will be happy to assist you. Your Cafe tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party. Alternatively, parents and guests may make their own individual purchases at the Moving Bodies Cafe.
Catering
We can also take the stress out of your birthday party planning if you would like to take advantage of our healthy food catering options. All food is made fresh from our Moving Bodies Cafe and delivered to your party room at the nominated time. If your food catering spend is over $100, we will also set up the party room and provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water.
*No takeaway pizzas are permitted at the centre.
Catering OptionsSelf Catering: You are welcome to bring your own food for your party. If you bring your own, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, plus extra plates for cake, all cutlery, cups, napkins and tablecloth. Party tables and chairs are available. A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans. We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.
