Remaining balance of payment: Full payment is due at the completion of the party. Where payment has not been received at the conclusion of the party, a daily admin fee will be charged until party fees have been paid in full.

Duration: Your party is booked for 2 hours which includes 90 minutes of structured activities on the Ninja Course with our Ninja Coaches, followed by an (optional) 30 minutes in the Party Room.
Please aim to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your party start time.
Please bring shoes and grip socks as these are required for various sections of the course (shoes are required for parkour and the warped wall). The remainder of the course will be completed in grip socks. We sell grip socks for $5.00.
- The Moving Bodies Coaches will instruct the children when shoes / socks are required during the party.
- We recommend comfortable clothes suitable for physical activity.
- Please tie long hair back and remove jewellery. Please do not have any loose items.
- For extra grip and hand protection, you may wish to bring training gloves. These are also available to purchase for $6 from Cafe Reception.
- Please do not bring chalk to use on the Ninja course.
Catering: We can take the stress out of your birthday party planning if you would like to take advantage of our healthy food catering options.
If you are selecting our catering option, we will contact you prior to your party to confirm your food order and also confirm whether you would like to take advantage of a Cafe’ tab. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with your catering order, to request a Café Tab and confirm number of attendees.

Where your food catering spend is over $100, we will also set up the party room and provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water.
If your booking indicated that you would like Moving Bodies catering included, or if you have changed your mind from BYO catering, please advise what you would like us to provide as soon as possible. We are happy to assist if you are unsure of quantities.
What not to bring : Please do not bring decorations, confetti, pinatas, party popper streamers, glitter or face paint to the Moving Bodies Centre. Additional cleaning fees will be charged where these decorations have been used.
*Take away pizzas are not permitted at our centre.
Self catering: You are welcome to bring your own food for your party. If you bring your own, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, plus extra plates for cake, all cutlery, cups, napkins and tablecloth. Party tables and chairs are available. A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans. We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.
You must provide labelled bottled water for every child attending your party. These bottles will be taken around the Ninja Course, by the Ninja Coaches for your group to have drink breaks throughout the party. Alternatively, we can provide bottled water via our catering options above. Whilst we prefer to promote water to drink during our active parties, if you chose to bring soft drinks and juices, these are not permitted on the ground floor / Ninja area, however these are fine for you to use once the children are upstairs in the Party Room.
Access to the party room will be after one hour into your party booking (30 minutes prior to your allocated eating time). If you choose to BYO, we recommend basic finger food for your party to minimise your set up time. Once your party has finished, you will have 15 minutes to vacate the party room.
Cafe: Our Moving Bodies Cafe will be open. A Moving Bodies Cafe tab can be provided for your party guests which can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification. Our friendly Cafe staff will be happy to assist you. Your Cafe tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party.
Alternatively, parents and guests may make their own individual purchases at the Moving Bodies Cafe.
Party invitation: You are welcome to use our Moving Bodies Ninja Party invitation, which you can amend with your details and use.Invitations
Parents: Where parents are staying for the duration of the party, you are welcome to view the party from the seating area next to our Ninja Course. Parent participation is not recommended or encouraged during the party.
Moving Bodies premises: Please note that parents and participants are only permitted in the areas directly being used for the Moving Bodies party. Access to our other areas within the Centre such as the Parkour Centre or Swimming Pool are not permitted at any times.
Siblings are to be kept under direct supervision and remain the sole responsibility of the parents at all times. Siblings are not permitted on any equipment at any time.
After the party: Once your party has finished, you will have 15 minutes to leave the Moving Bodies Centre. Beyond this time, a venue hire fee of $50.00 per half hour will be charged.
