Your Softplay Party booking has been received and is confirmed by Moving Bodies.

 

PARTY INFORMATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS – PLEASE READ…

**Important**

Remaining balance of payment: Remaining party payment is due at the completion of the party. Where payment has not been received at the conclusion of the party, a daily admin fee will be charged until party fees have been paid in full.

Duration: Your party is booked for 2 hours providing exclusive use of our Softplay playground and 0-2 years floor area. You will have access to the Centre 30 minutes prior to your party start time to set up for your party. PLEASE do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your party, as the Centre will not be accessible prior to this time.

You will have 15 minutes after your party has finished to vacate the area. Beyond this time, a venue hire fee of $50 per half hour will be charged.

Please ensure all food / drinks remain in the Parents’ Lounge and is not taken into the playground or on to the 0 – 2 years floor area.  Where food / drink has been taken into these areas and causes damage or additional cleaning/maintenance time, a cleaning fee of $120 will be charged in addition to the softplay party balance. 

A bin and bin liner will be provided for your rubbish.  We appreciate your assistance in ensuring that all areas are left as you find them, in a clean and tidy manner.

Supervision: Moving Bodies will have a staff member at reception for the duration of your party.  Supervision of the Softplay party remains the sole responsibility of the parents and we ask that you take into account the number of adults you will have present when considering the number of children invited.

Where young children are present and using the 0 – 2 years floor area, we ask that you ensure that all older children are playing safely in this area.

Sock required: Please note with your invitation for your guests to bring a pair of socks.  Socks are available for sale at Reception for any guests without socks for $3.00.  Alternatively you may prefer to bring ‘spare’ socks for any guests that may forget their own.

Drinks for guests: Please provide bottles of water (labelled) for children attending the party.

Invitations

Moving Bodies premises : Please note that access for your party is the Softplay playground only. Access to our Gymnastics room, located next door, is not permitted. This is to ensure the safety of your party guests as we may have other classes or parties running in this area. We appreciate your co-operation in ensuring your guests are aware of this.

After the party : Once your party has finished, you will have 15 minutes to leave the Moving Bodies Centre.  Beyond this time, a venue hire fee of $50.00 per half hour will be charged.

Please note: we request that you do not bring PINATA’S or PARTY POPPERS into the centre.

Cafe: Our Moving Bodies Cafe will be open for the duration of your party.  A Cafe tab can be provided for your party guests which can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification.  Our friendly Cafe staff will be happy to assist you.  Your Cafe tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party.  Alternatively, parents and guests may make their own individual purchases at the Moving Bodies Cafe.

Catering
We can also take the stress out of your birthday party planning if you would like to take advantage of our healthy food catering options.  All food is made fresh from our Moving Bodies Cafe and delivered to your party room at the nominated time. If your food catering spend is over $100, we will also set up the party room and provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water.

*No takeaway pizzas are permitted at the centre. 

If you are selecting our catering option, we will contact you prior to your party to confirm your food order and also confirm whether you would like to take advantage of a Cafe’ tab. Alternatively you can email your catering order to parties@movingbodies.com.au one week prior to your party.

Catering Options

Self Catering: You are welcome to bring your own food for your party.  If you bring your own, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, plus extra plates for cake, all cutlery, cups, napkins and tablecloth. Party tables and chairs are available.  A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans.  We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.
