At Moving Bodies, fitness is for everyone—no matter your age or experience level. Our Adults Gymnastics and Fitness programs are designed to help you stay active, build strength, and enjoy movement in a fun, inclusive environment.

From our high-energy FIT Classes (Fun Inspired Training) to our Adult Gymnastics and Aqua Fitness programs, there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking to improve overall fitness, try something new, or return to the gym after time away, our sessions are varied, supportive, and most importantly—fun!

With access to specialised gymnastics equipment, a heated indoor pool, and even a crèche service on Thursday mornings, we make it easy to prioritise your wellbeing while fitting movement into your weekly routine.

Adult Fitness (FIT Classes)

Fun training in a comfortable environment.

Here is your opportunity to get fit in a fun and comfortable environment!  Our FIT CLASSES (Fun Inspired Training) are unique in that they also incorporate some of our fun gymnastics equipment too.

Our fitness classes are a fun way to add variety to your weekly workout. They are a unique mix of fitness activities, circuit work, core and strengthening… most importantly they are FUN!

Adult Gymnastics

Gymnastics classes for men and women.

Adult gymnastics class provides an opportunity to use all the gymnastics equipment and learn some fun recreational gymnastics skills.

Focus will be on building up strength in the core, upper and lower body muscles and flexibility.

The class will work towards achieving harder, more complex gymnastics skills.

Pool Fitness

Aquatic fitness classes for men and women.

Our adult Aqua Mix class is a fun combination that includes all of the below activities / circuits (not individual classes):

Aqua Fitness is a form of exercise done in water, utilising buoyancy, resistance and low-impact movements for strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.

Aqua Circuits involve a series of time exercises performed in water, incorporating cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training using various equipment and stations.

Acqua Pole* is a unique water-based exercise that combines pole dancing techniques with aquatic fitness, providing a challenging and dynamic workout in the water.

Acqua Boxing* is a high-energy workout that combines boxing techniques with water resistance for cardiovascular fitness, upper body strength and core conditioning.

Childminding creche

Enjoy your Thursday morning workout while we take care of the little ones!

Our on-site crèche provides a safe, welcoming space where your children will be cared for and kept happily entertained – giving you peace of mind to focus on your fitness.

The creche is open for:

  • Thursday fitness class (9:15am)
  • Thursday aqua class (10:30am)

Creche fees

  • $5.00 for first child. $2.50 for additional children.
  • Payable when signing into your class.
