Parkour Classes
Kids’ parkour classes for boys and girls aged 5+ years.
Our high energy, fitness based parkour classes incorporate everything from basic to advanced parkour skills. Our beginner parkour lessons are aimed at improving muscular strength and endurance, and cardio endurance and speed. This is achieved by incorporating functional training including body weight exercises, and agility training. This FUN class is run by our highly motivating and energetic Parkour coaches!
As children advance, classes become more fast paced and participants develop the ability to overcome all physical and mental obstacles in their path. Parkour methods involve crawling, running, jumping, climbing, hanging, rolling and balancing.
