Credit Card

The Moving Bodies Centre has credit card / Eftpos facilities available. A surcharge may be applicable for credit card use.

• Any refund or credit requests will be approved at the discretion of Moving Bodies management.  Moving Bodies management will not refund requests due to change of mind or circumstance.
• An administration fee of $15.00 is applicable for any alteration or amendment to an existing enrolment.
• Any missed classes during a term enrolment are non-refundable, however make up classes are offered.
• Medical circumstances will be considered.

It is a requirement of Gymnastics NSW, where individual children are participating in Kindergym, Kinder Rec, Recreational, Transition and Advanced Gymnastics along with Fitness/Parkour and Ninja classes, to be registered and have paid this fee prior to participation.

NSW Gymnastics insurance and registration fee. Please note Term 4 Gymnastics insurance fee will be reduced to $30.  This annual fee of $75.00  covers the participating child for Insurance through Gymnastics Australia.  The registration and insurance cover, for your child, is for one calendar year from January – December.

Party fees

Cost : $500.00 (GST inclusive) for a standard 2 hour party duration
Double Booking: $950.00 (GST inclusive) for extended 5 hour party duration

Plus $50.00 service fee for all BYO parties. (If you order over $100 worth of Moving Bodies catering, this service fee does not apply. )

This allows you access into the Centre 30 minutes prior to your party to set up along with an additional 15 minutes after your party to pack away.
Extra time either side of this will incur a $50.00 per 30-minute venue hire fee.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
• A balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
• Where payment has not been made at the conclusion of your party, an admin fee of $20.00 / day will apply until the party fees have been received.

Additional Fees

• Where parties for large groups require a variety of tables, chairs, mats, outdoor seating and/or excess rubbish or cleaning.
• Damage to property or equipment.
• Where food or drink has been taken into our play areas and additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of $120.00 will be charged.

Party Fees
$520.00 (GST inclusive) with two Moving Bodies coaches.
Up to 20 children. Where numbers are over 20, a fee of $25.00 per child will apply.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
• A balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
• An additional fee of $50.00 for party room hire is applicable for any BYO parties. If you order over $100 worth of Moving Bodies catering, this $50.00 room hire fee is waived.
• More than 1 birthday child – please add $10.00 / per birthday child for the additional birthday gift
• Where payment has not been made at the conclusion of your party, an admin fee of $20.00 / day will apply until the party fees have been received.

Up to 7 guests + birthday child allowed

OPTION 2
$550.00 (GST inclusive) with two Moving Bodies Ninja coaches.
Up to 18 children. Where numbers are over 18, a fee of $30.00 per child will apply.
