Kinder gym

Kinder gym classes for toddlers and pre-schoolers.

KinderGym is Gymnastics Australia’s fundamental movement program for children aged 0 – 5 years old and their families.

Packed with activities to develop gross and fine motor skills, music and rhythm, confidence and resilience, KinderGym develops the whole child — socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.

KinderGym is a great way for your child to build skills, learn and explore in a fun, safe, and purpose-built environment.

Run by nationally accredited KinderGym coaches, each class is tailored to your child’s age and developmental stage to ensure they get the most out of every session.

Kindergym

Ages 2-5 years

These fun-filled classes focus on developing gross and fine motor skills through music, rhythm, obstacle courses, and guided play.

Parents and caregivers actively participate alongside their child, offering support and encouragement in a relaxed and playful setting.

Kindy Mix

Ages 3-6 years

Kindy Mix is a multi-sport program that combines elements of Kindergym, Mini Ninjas/Parkour, and Fitness.

With a different focus each week, this class helps develop upper body strength, hand-eye coordination, balance, and gross motor skills while keeping things fresh and fun for curious young minds.

Mini Ninja

Ages 3-5 years

Mini Ninja is a high energy, parkour and ninja warrior class incorporating all things that are fun about Ninja and Parkour!  This FUN class is  run by our highly motivating and energetic Parkour coaches!

Casual Attendance

Casual Visit Packs are available for these classes . You will receive 10 visits which allows you the flexibility to come at the times and days that suit you. The visits will be valid for 12 months (from date of purchase)

What to bring / wear

  • Wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement
  • Children should be in bare feet only
  • Hair should be secured away from your child’s face
  • Children should not wear jewellery, hair clips, head bands, sunglasses etc
  • Bring a drink of water
