Our structured Ninja Birthday parties allow your group access to our full Parkour and Ninja Centre under the direction and teaching of our Ninja Coaches. The group will have the opportunity to test their Ninja skills on the many lanes of various obstacles, ranging from cargo nets, walking ladders, floating doors, spider wall plus four warped walls! Our Ninja Coaches will run an exciting party which will allow your guests to commit and conquer our Ninja Warrior and Parkour Course!

  • $360.00 (GST inclusive)
    Up to 8 participants – this includes the birthday child as a participant (more than 8 participants is not permitted with this package)
  • Your own personal Moving Bodies Ninja Coach
  • 1.5 hours on the Ninja Course under the direction, supervision and coaching of your own personal Moving Bodies Ninja Coach
  • A birthday present PLUS a FREE return pass for the Birthday Child. Valued at $32

  • Order over $60 of catering from Moving Bodies and we will waive the $50 room hire/service fee. (Coffee orders do not go towards the $60 catering minimum
  • Ninja grip socks are highly recommended. These can be purchased from reception or online for a discounted rate.

EXCLUSIVE USE
Every Birthday Party booking takes priority on the Ninja / Parkour Course under the direction and coaching of your Ninja Party Coach/Coaches.
At the time of your party, there may be other participants present – however they will not be in the same area / using the same equipment at the same time as your birthday party group.
Please contact us for the additional cost if you wish for your party group to have EXCLUSIVE USE for your 90 minutes whilst on the Ninja Course.

Do you have catering options?

Let us take the stress out of your birthday party planning and take advantage of our healthy food catering options. You may purchase any items from our menu to be provided for your party. While our focus and preference is on offering healthy food options, we do also offer classic party food.
All food is delivered fresh from our Moving Bodies kitchen, straight to your party room as soon as your group has finished their Ninja activities.

HEALTHY FOOD CATERING OPTIONS

The link below will provide you with our catering options where you can create your own unique menu.
If you select the catering option, at the time of booking your party, we will contact you approximately 2 weeks prior to your party to send you a reminder along with the Party Catering Options. You can then place your order and pre pay for your catering. Orders and payment for your menu is required no less than 1 week prior to your party.

You may choose to mix and match your own food with some of our catering too – no minimum spend required, however, if you spend over $100 on our catering, we will provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water, along with waiving the $50.00 party room hire fee.

Catering Options

Can I BYO food?

You are welcome to bring your own food for your party and have exclusive use of our party room after the 90 minutes of Ninja activities. Please note for all BYO parties there is a room hire fee of $50.00 for 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes at the end to pack away and vacate the room.
Please read over in FAQ below, of what NOT to bring for BYO food.

If you order over $60 for Option 1 and over $100 for Option 2, of catering from our kitchen, we will waive the $50.00 room hire fee.

When planning for your BYO menu, we do ask that there are NO take away or delivered pizzas.
Please do not bring take away pizzas or have pizzas delivered to the Moving Bodies Centre.
Whilst we do allow BYO, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food warmers, grills, small ovens or tea/coffee making facilities – sorry no coffee or food vans are permitted.

As part of BYO, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, cups, napkins and tablecloth (optional).

We will provide a knife, lighter and cake plates if we are providing your cake – otherwise fees apply when Moving Bodies are asked to provide these.

Party tables and chairs are available.  A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans.  We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.

You must provide labelled bottled water for every child attending your party. These bottles will be taken around the Ninja Course, by the Ninja Coaches for your group to have drink breaks throughout the party. Alternatively, we can provide bottled water via our catering options

Access to the party room will be after one hour into your party booking (30 minutes prior to your allocated eating time).
We recommend basic finger food for your party to minimise your set up time.  Once your party has finished, you will have 15 minutes to vacate the party room.

Can I purchase items from the Cafe or create a Cafe tab?

Parents and guests may make their own individual purchases at the Moving Bodies Café for any hot / cold drinks.

Alternately, a Moving Bodies Café tab can be provided for your party guests.  This can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification.  Our friendly Café staff will be happy to assist you.  Your Café tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party.
As previously noted, when you spend over $100 on catering from our kitchen, we will waive the $50.00 room hire fee – your cafe tab does not count towards the catering bill.

When is my Party Payment required?

1) A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking.

Do you give out birthday gifts?

The birthday child will receive a birthday gift from Moving Bodies along with a FREE Return Pass to Moving Bodies Ninjas.  All children participating in a Moving Bodies Ninja Party will receive a free gift too.

Can siblings join in?

Please ensure that only the invited guests access the Ninja Course. Where non invited siblings of guests access the course, additional charges will be applied in addition to your party fees. We recommend asking guests to not bring non invited siblings to the party.

Moving Bodies Fitness Centre

We are a state of the art gym and fitness centre for kids and adults of all ages located at Mt Kuring-gai / Hornsby on Sydney’s Upper North Shore and winners of the 2019 Local Business Award for “Most Outstanding Fitness Service”. 

The team at Moving Bodies aim to make exercise and fitness fun for children and adults of all ages – from babies to seniors. Aware of the demand among North Shore residents and their families for a local fitness centre where kids and adults can enjoy healthy and fun activities, Moving Bodies Centre was opened in April 2012.  The Centre, complete with indoor heated swimming pool, offers programs outside the school system that complement your family’s lifestyle.  Our aim for all who attend our programs is to enjoy staying fit in a supportive, safe and fun environment.

Our fitness classes include : kids gymnastics and fitness classes, adult fitness and aqua classes and learn to swim programs for kids and adults. 

Our new indoor Ninja course has a HUGE range of obstacles for you to commit and conquer! Take on our various sized warped walls, cargo nets, floating doors, rope climb, floating steps, spider wall, peg wall and loads more! Check out our open session times and school holiday programs. We regularly run Friday Night Ninja fun. Our Mini Ninja classes are perfect for toddlers and pre-schoolers where children participate in fun activities that are both structured and unstructured with free time to explore the Ninja equipment.

We are also one of the North Shore’s biggest kid’s birthday party venues specialising in gymnastics parties, Ninja warrior parties, in-centre softplay parties and indoor pool parties.

Our indoor play centre incorporates two areas catering for children from 0-2 years of age and 3-11 years of age. It is also the perfect all-weather venue for indoor kids birthday parties.

Alternatively, our mobile birthday party equipment is available for hire and we can deliver to your home or birthday party venue.

At our brand new indoor parkour centre we offer kids parkour classes from ages 5+ from beginners to advanced. Our indoor parkour course is open to adults and for kid’s parkour parties and features a variety of different levels of obstacles that you can jump, climb, swing, hang, roll and more! Our school holiday vacation care programs are a huge part of the family services offered here at Moving Bodies and include gymnastics school holiday clinics, parkour theme sessions, meditation and yoga, and indoor soft play fun. We come to you at your workplace, school or community centre and run fun-filled school holiday clinics of your choosing.  Catering for children of all school ages our workplace school holiday programs can include gymnastics, ball sports, athletics, games and other activities.
