10% Surcharge for all SUNDAY parties. Payable on the day of your party.
Your $100 deposit, paid at the time of booking, will not have the Sunday Surcharge applied.
Sunday Surcharge for catering orders
Where your food order has been received and paid PRIOR to the TUESDAY before the party, no Sunday surcharge will be applied to your catering cost.
Where your food order has been received AFTER TUESDAY, 10% surcharge will be added to your catering order and payable on the day of your party.

Additional Fees
BYO/delivered pizzas are not permitted. Where these have brought into the party, a $95.00 fee will be charged.
$120 cleaning fee for any party poppers, glitter, streamers, pinatas, confetti or balloons filled with confetti.
Maximum Number of Guests
Whist you have exclusive use of the full softplay area, we ask that you keep your numbers to a maximum of 50 (adults and children including your family).
This allows you access into the Centre 30 minutes prior to your party to set up along with an additional 15 minutes after your party to pack away.
Extra time either side of this will incur a $60.00 per 30-minute venue hire fee.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
- A balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
- Where payment has not been made at the conclusion of your party, an admin fee of $20.00 / day will apply until the party fees have been received.
Additional Fees
- Where parties for large groups require a variety of tables, chairs, mats, and/or excess rubbish or cleaning.
- Damage to property or equipment.
- Where food or drink has been taken into our play areas and additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of $120.00 will be charged.
