$500.00 (GST inclusive) for a standard 2 hour party duration – exclusive use of the Softplay Centre
Double Booking: $950.00 (GST inclusive) for extended 5 hour party duration

$50.00 service fee for all BYO parties (Unless ordering $100.00 or more of food from our cafe)

*SUNDAY PARTIES
10% Surcharge for all SUNDAY parties. Payable on the day of your party.
Your $100 deposit, paid at the time of booking, will not have the Sunday Surcharge applied.

Sunday Surcharge for catering orders
Where your food order has been received and paid PRIOR to the TUESDAY before the party, no Sunday surcharge will be applied to your catering cost.
Where your food order has been received AFTER TUESDAY, 10% surcharge will be added to your catering order and payable on the day of your party.

BYO/delivered pizzas are not permitted. Where these have brought into the party, a $95.00 fee will be charged.
$120 cleaning fee for any party poppers, glitter, streamers, pinatas, confetti or balloons filled with confetti.

Maximum Number of Guests
Whist you have exclusive use of the full softplay area, we ask that you keep your numbers to a maximum of 50 (adults and children including your family).

This allows you access into the Centre 30 minutes prior to your party to set up along with an additional 15 minutes after your party to pack away.
Extra time either side of this will incur a $60.00 per 30-minute venue hire fee.

• A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
• A balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
• Where payment has not been made at the conclusion of your party, an admin fee of $20.00 / day will apply until the party fees have been received.

Additional Fees

• Where parties for large groups require a variety of tables, chairs, mats, and/or excess rubbish or cleaning.
• Damage to property or equipment.
• Where food or drink has been taken into our play areas and additional cleaning is required, a cleaning fee of $120.00 will be charged.
• BYO/delivered pizzas are not permitted. Where these have brought into the party, a $95.00 fee will be charged.
• $120 cleaning fee for any party poppers, glitter, streamers, pinatas, confetti or balloons filled with confetti.

Let us take the stress out of your birthday party planning and take advantage of our healthy food catering options. You may purchase any items from our menu to be provided for your party. While our focus and preference is on offering healthy food options, we do also offer classic party food.
All food is made fresh from our Moving Bodies Cafe and delivered to your party room at the nominated time.

HEALTHY FOOD CATERING OPTIONS

The link below will provide you with our catering options where you can create your own unique menu.
If you select the catering option, at the time of booking your party, we will contact you approximately 2 weeks prior to your party to send you a reminder along with the Party Catering Options. You can then place your order and pre pay for your catering. Orders and payment for your menu is required no less than 1 week prior to your party.

You may choose to mix and match your own food with some of our catering too – no minimum spend required, however, if you spend over $100.00 on our catering, we will provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water.

You are welcome to bring your own food for your party, however, we do ask that there are NO take away or delivered pizzas.
As we have a cafe onsite, please do not BYO tea / coffee. (Sorry no coffee vans are permitted)

If you bring your own food, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, cutlery, cups, napkins and tablecloth.
Whilst we do allow BYO, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food warmers, grills, small ovens or tea/coffee making facilities.

Party tables and chairs are available.  A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans.  We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.

Party / Gift Bags

Our Coffee Service will allow your guests to place and pay for their own order of hot / cold drinks which will be made fresh from our Moving Bodies Cafe. Our staff will visit your party to take any orders from your guests. This will then be made to order and delivered to each of your guests straight from our cafe.

Alternately, a Moving Bodies Café tab can be provided for your party guests.  This can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification.  Our friendly Café staff will be happy to assist you.  Your Café tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party.

Moving Bodies will have a staff member at the Centre for the duration of the party.  Supervision of the Softplay party remains the sole responsibility of the parents and we ask that you take into account the number of adults you will have present when considering the number of children invited.  Where young children are present and using the 0 – 2 years floor area, we ask that you ensure that any older children are not playing unsafely in this area.

Socks MUST be worn at all times during the Softplay Party.

Please do not bring confetti, pinatas, party popper streamers, glitter or face paint to the Moving Bodies Centre.  Additional cleaning fees will apply where these decorations have been used.

Please do not bring take away pizzas or have pizzas delivered to the Moving Bodies Centre.
Whilst we do allow BYO, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food warmers, grills, small ovens or tea/coffee making facilities – sorry no coffee or food vans are permitted.
