OPTION 1

• $360.00 (GST inclusive) 
• Up to 8 participants – this includes the birthday child as a participant (more than 8 participants is not permitted with this package)
• Your own personal Moving Bodies Coach
• 1.5 hours on the Ninja Course under the direction, supervision and coaching of your own personal Moving Bodies Coach
• BYO or catering is available. If you choose to BYO your own party food, you can hire our party room for $50.00 for 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes to pack away and vacate the party room.
• Order over $60 of catering from Moving Bodies and we will waive the $50 room hire fee. (Coffee orders do not go towards the $60 catering minimum)

BYO/delivered pizzas are not permitted. Where these have brought into the party, a $95.00 fee will be charged.
$120 cleaning fee for any party poppers, glitter, streamers, pinatas, confetti or balloons filled with confetti.

• Up to 18 children. Where numbers are over 18, a fee of $25.00 per child will apply. (There is no maximum number limit for this package)
• 2 Moving Bodies Coaches (For larger parties, an additional 3rd coach will be supplied.)
• BYO or catering is available for this party option. If you choose to BYO your own party food, you can hire our party room for $50.00 for 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes to pack away and vacate the party room.
• Order over $100 of catering from Moving Bodies and we will waive the $50 room hire fee. (Coffee orders do not go towards the $100 catering minimum)

Where your food order has been received and paid PRIOR to the TUESDAY before the party, no Sunday surcharge will be applied to your catering cost.
Where your food order has been received AFTER TUESDAY, 10% surcharge will be added to your catering order and payable on the day of your party.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for additional time.

Let us take the stress out of your birthday party planning and take advantage of our healthy food catering options. You may purchase any items from our menu to be provided for your party. While our focus and preference is on offering healthy food options, we do also offer classic party food.
All food is delivered fresh from our Moving Bodies kitchen, straight to your party room as soon as your group has finished their party activities.

HEALTHY FOOD CATERING OPTIONS

The link below will provide you with our catering options where you can create your own unique menu.
If you select the catering option, at the time of booking your party, we will contact you approximately 2 weeks prior to your party to send you a reminder along with the Party Catering Options. You can then place your order and pre pay for your catering. Orders and payment for your menu is required no less than 1 week prior to your party.

You may choose to mix and match your own food with some of our catering too – no minimum spend required, however, if you spend over $100 on our catering, we will provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water, along with waiving the $50.00 party room hire fee.

You are welcome to bring your own food for your party and have exclusive use of our party room after the 90 minutes of activities. Please note for all BYO parties there is a room hire fee of $50.00 for 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes at the end to pack away and vacate the room.

If you order over $60 for Option 1 and over $100 for Option 2, of catering from our kitchen, we will waive the $50.00 room hire fee.

When planning for your BYO menu, we do ask that there are NO take away or delivered pizzas.
Please do not bring take away pizzas or have pizzas delivered to the Moving Bodies Centre.
Whilst we do allow BYO, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food warmers, grills, small ovens or tea/coffee making facilities – sorry no coffee or food vans are permitted.

As part of BYO, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, cups, napkins and tablecloth (optional).

Please also remember to bring a – KNIFE, LIGHTER and CAKE PLATES, plus spoons/forks if needed for your cake.
We will provide a knife, lighter and cake plates if we are providing your cake – otherwise fees apply when Moving Bodies are asked to provide these.

Party tables and chairs are available.  A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans.  We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.

You must provide labelled bottled water for every child attending your party. These bottles will be taken around the Ninja Course, by the Coaches for your group to have drink breaks throughout the party. Alternatively, we can provide bottled water via our catering options.

Access to the party room will be after one hour into your party booking (30 minutes prior to your allocated eating time).
We recommend basic finger food for your party to minimise your set up time.  Once your party has finished, you will have 15 minutes to vacate the party room.

Parents and guests may make their own individual purchases at the Moving Bodies Café for any hot / cold drinks.

Alternately, a Moving Bodies Café tab can be provided for your party guests.  This can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification.  Our friendly Café staff will be happy to assist you.  Your Café tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party.
As previously noted, when you spend over $100 on catering from our kitchen, we will waive the $50.00 room hire fee – your cafe tab does not count towards the catering bill.

Party / Gift Bags

1) A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking.

2) We will contact you approximately 2 weeks before your party date to send you the party catering options. You will be required to order and pay for your catering no less than 1 week prior to your party.

3) The balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.

The birthday child will receive a birthday gift from Moving Bodies along with a FREE Return Pass to Moving Bodies Ninjas.  All children participating in a Moving Bodies Ninja Party will receive a free gift too.

Please ensure that only the invited guests access the Ninja Course. Where non invited siblings of guests access the course, additional charges will be applied in addition to your party fees. We recommend asking guests to not bring non invited siblings to the party.
