Moving Bodies vacation care incursions are packed with a range of sports including; Gymnastics, Balls Sports, Athletics and Fitness.
Programs are suitable for Kindergarten to Year 6 students.
Our instructors are not only highly trained and accredited, but also thrive on the energy and challenges presented. Our passionate staff work in pairs to provide excellent and safe programs for the students.
Our vacation care school holiday programs include:
Gymnastics Program
Gymnastics holiday clinics are fun, energetic and challenging! Students participate in a variety of activities using circuits to keep every individual as active as possible. Balancing, rolling, twisting, climbing, swinging and jumping assist children in the development of coordination, confidence, creativity, spacial awareness and self esteem. Our gymnastics program incorporate games, group and partner activities, hand held apparatus and the use of all gymnastics equipment including mini tramps, bars, beams, boxes and mats. Our clinics cover all stages & skill levels.
Ball Sports Program
The Moving Bodies ball sports program assists students to develop, and fine tune, the skills and sporting techniques they will use for the rest of their lives.
Our program covers all the manipulative skills (e.g., rolling, stopping, throwing, catching, bouncing, striking & kicking). These skills are developed into game play situations such as small and major games, depending upon the age/stage of the students participating.

Athletics Program
The Moving Bodies athletics program covers a diverse range of events giving students the opportunity to perform various aspects of athletics including:
- Shot put
- Discus
- Javelin (modified)
- Hurdles
- Relays including baton exchange
- Long Jump
- High Jump
- Sprints and distance running
