What activities are involved with a mixed gymnastic/parkour party?
- Our Mixed Gymnastics and Parkour party includes loads of fun Gymnastics activities using our trampoline, foam pit, fun climbing wall, cargo climbing plus more!
- The Parkour activities include exciting Parkour runs/flows, wall turns, wall runs plus vaulting and other awesome activities that are incorporated into the huge circuit that the children will work their way around. This is all done under the direct coaching and guidance of our coaches.
- A very popular party for those looking to mix up an energetic party using a huge range of fun equipment and a variety of activities and skills!
What are the gymnastic/parkour party fees?
Party Fees
$520.00 (GST inclusive) up to 20 children. Over 20 children $25 per child.
$50 room hire fee for BYO parties.
FREE party room hire if ordering over $100 worth of catering from Moving Bodies.

10% Surcharge for all SUNDAY parties. Payable on the day of your party.
Your $100 deposit, paid at the time of booking, will not have the Sunday Surcharge applied.
Sunday Surcharge for catering / food orders
Where your food order has been received and paid PRIOR to the Tuesday before the party, no Sunday surcharge will be applied to your catering /food cost.
Where your food order has been received AFTER TUESDAY, 10% surcharge will be added to your catering / food order and payable on the day of your party.
Additional Fees
$95.00 fee for any delivered or BYO pizzas (BYO/delivered pizzas are not permitted)
$120 cleaning fee for any party poppers, glitter, streamers, pinatas, confetti or balloons filled with confetti.

- An additional fee of $50.00 for Party Room hire is applicable for any BYO parties. If you order over $100 worth of Moving Bodies catering, this $50.00 room hire fee is waived.
- More than 1 birthday child – please add $10.00 / per birthday child for the additional birthday gift
This allows you access into the Centre 30 minutes prior to your party to set up along with an additional 15 minutes after your party to pack away.
Please do not arrive earlier than this time, as you will not have access to your room.
Extra time either side of this will incur a $60.00 per 30-minute venue hire fee.
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
- Where payment has not been made at the conclusion of your party, an admin fee of $20.00 per day will apply until the party fees have been received.
Do you have catering options?
Let us take the stress out of your birthday party planning and take advantage of our healthy food catering options. You may purchase any items from our menu to be provided for your party. While our focus and preference is on offering healthy food options, we do also offer classic party food.
All food is delivered fresh from our Moving Bodies kitchen, straight to your party room as soon as your group has finished their Gymnastics/Parkour activities.
HEALTHY FOOD CATERING OPTIONS
The link below will provide you with our catering options where you can create your own unique menu.
If you select the catering option, at the time of booking your party, we will contact you approximately 2 weeks prior to your party to send you a reminder along with the Party Catering Options. You can then place your order and pre-pay for your catering. Orders and payment for your menu is required no less than 1 week prior to your party.
You may choose to mix and match your own food with some of our catering too – no minimum spend required, however, if you spend over $100 on our catering, we will provide plates, cups, napkins and jugs of water, along with waiving the $50.00 Party Room hire fee.

Can I BYO food?
You are welcome to bring your own food for your party and have exclusive use of our Party Room after the 90 minutes of Gymnastics activities. Please note for all BYO parties there is a room hire fee of $50.00 for 30 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes at the end to pack away and vacate the room.
If you order over $100 of catering from our kitchen, we will waive the $50.00 room hire fee.
When planning for your BYO menu, we do ask that there are NO take away or delivered pizzas.
Please do not bring take away pizzas or have pizzas delivered to the Moving Bodies Centre.
Whilst we do allow BYO, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food warmers, grills, small ovens or tea/coffee making facilities – sorry no coffee or food vans are permitted.
As part of BYO, parents will be required to bring party food, drinks, plus plates, cutlery, cups, napkins and tablecloth (optional). Party tables and chairs are available. A bin and bin liner will also be provided along with a recycling bin for plastic water bottles and cans. We encourage you and your guests to be mindful of rubbish and recycling.
You must provide labelled water bottles for every child attending your party. These bottles will be placed beside the gym floor, so that children can access them at the appropriate break times given by the coaches. Alternatively, we can provide bottled water via our catering options.

Party / Gift BagsCan I make purchases from the Cafe or create a Cafe tab?
Parents and guests may make their own individual purchases at the Moving Bodies Café for any hot / cold drinks. The cafe is located downstairs in our Ninja Warrior / Aquatics Centre.
Alternatively, a Moving Bodies Café tab can be provided for your party guests. This can include hot and cold drinks and would be as per your specification. Our friendly reception staff will be happy to assist you on your party day. Your Café tab must be settled at the conclusion of your party.
As previously noted, when you spend over $100 on catering from our kitchen, we will waive the $50.00 room hire fee – your cafe tab does not count towards the catering bill.
When is my Party Payment required?
2) We will contact you approximately 2 weeks before your party date to send you a party checklist reminder which will include the party catering options. You will be required to order and pay for your catering no less than 1 week prior to your party.
3) The balance of payment (cash or credit card) is required on the day of the party.
