Late pick up will incur a late fee of $1 per minute payable at the time of pick up.
Our Holiday Clinics are staffed according to enrolments as at 24 hours prior to the Holiday Clinic date. We appreciate your co-operation in enrolling prior to the day of attendance and also for your courtesy in advising of any cancellations.
- We encourage enrolments to be made 24 hours prior to the day of attendance. This ensures that we can provide the correct ratio with our coaching staff.
- Where a child is enrolled but does not attend and no cancellation notice is given, please note a fee of 50% of the enrolment fee will be payable.
- A credit will be offered for Holiday Clinic attendance where payment has been made and notification of absence is advised prior to the session.
- Payment must be in advance in order to secure your place. A credit will not be issued for these sessions for non-attendance where no notice is given.
- Late payment fees are applicable.
- Where a child is enrolled for a specific start and finish time, as coaches are rostered accordingly, there will be no fee reduction should the child arrive later or leave earlier than their enrolled time unless notice of 24 hours is given.

Payments and additional fees
- Please note that Moving Bodies is NOT approved for Child Care Benefit or Child Care Rebate.
- Fees are required to be paid upon receipt of the invoice. Where payment has not been made more than 24 hours prior to your session, your child’s spot will not be held. Please ensure any payments made via direct deposit are within a suitable time frame to be visible on the day of attendance. Where payment has not been made, but your child has attended, an admin fee of $20.00 / day will apply until the fees have been received.
- For enrolments received less than 24 hours prior to the booking and on the day of attendance, an administration fee of $5.00 is applicable.

What to bring and wear
- Please ensure your child wears clothing suitable for physical activity. Please wear shoes and socks to each session.
Children will need to have bare feet for participation in daily activities. Coaches will inform the children of these times. Please remember to label all your children’s belongings, and to take them when you leave. - Full Day Programs – Children will need to bring their morning tea, lunch and drink bottle. A fridge is accessible for keeping food cool. For extended hour enrolments, please bring afternoon tea also. Morning tea / lunch can be purchased through our cafe by a lunch order, which can be arranged when signing in your child.
- Half Day Programs – Children will need to bring their morning tea and drink bottle. A fridge is accessible for keeping food cool.
- Please include a pair of socks as children will spend some time in our Softplay playground.
- PLEASE NOTE MOVING BODIES IS ALLERGY AWARE, so please be aware of the food choices for your child.
