Parkour and Fitness


At Moving Bodies, we have 2 Parkour Centres!
Please read below for the Parkour Classes / Sessions that are right for you.

Fitness and Parkour Class

For children aged 5-9 years.
This class is a high energy, fitness based class that incorporates basic parkour skills and run from our original Parkour Centre.

The class is aimed at improving muscular strength and endurance, and cardio endurance and speed.  This is achieved by incorporating functional training including body weight exercises, and agility training. This FUN class is  run by our highly motivating and energetic Parkour coaches!

Parkour Class

For children aged 10 years +
During this exciting and fast paced class, participants will develop the ability to overcome all physical and mental obstacles in their path.  Parkour methods involve crawling, running, jumping, climbing, hanging, rolling and balancing.

Depending on child ability and experience, these classes are either run from our original centre or our advanced centre.


Classes in our Advanced Parkour Centre are designed for those participants who have attended at least 1 full term in our original parkour classes.  Before being invited into the Advanced Parkour Centre to enrol and train within the classes, participants must meet skill and safety competencies as set out by our Moving Bodies Parkour Coaches.

The class focuses on more advanced Parkour skills appropriate for this age group and a more realistic Parkour environment for participants to take on a variety of challenges and activities.

Open Session 

Our Advanced Parkour Centre is open to the public, however please read the information below before attending our Open Session.

Time: Between the hours of 9.00am – 3.00pm, you have UNLIMITED access to our Parkour Centre, which includes the warped walls, bouldering wall and peg wall.
Please note: This does not allow you access to our Ninja Course.

Days: Monday to Sunday
Age: 15+
Experience: Parkour experience is required to attend any open session.
What to bring: Soft closed shoes, water and a towel. No loose items please.
Cost: $25.00 / per participant. No booking required. Payment upon arrival.
Consent: You will be required to read and sign a Parkour Consent prior to participation.

Moving Bodies Centre – Kid’s Fitness Classes

The Moving Bodies Centre, conveniently located at Mt Kuring-gai (10 minutes north of Hornsby) on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. We offer a range of kid’s fitness classes that aim to make exercise fun in a supportive and safe environment. Our classes include kid’s gymnastics, dance, kindergym, yoga, meditation, parkour and much more. The Centre also houses an indoor playground (indoor play centre) for children aged 6 months – 11 years.
