Your employment with Moving Bodies is on a casual basis. Whilst we strive for consistency for each term, we cannot guarantee that your shifts or hours will remain the same for future terms. Award Rate

As a casual employee with Moving Bodies, you fall under the Fitness Industry Award Rate (FIA). As per the FIA award, your rate has been loaded by 25% which is compensation in lieu of several leve ad other benefits.
Weekend rates draw an additional 5% increase,  being a total of a 30% increase, which is added to the base load (only if current rate being paid is less than 5% over base award  rate).

Moving Bodies pays an inflated rate to staff who committ to working regularly on weekends, along with the inflated rate covering any potential split shifts.

Right to Disconnect

You have the right to disconnect from work outside of your rostered hours.
During these outside hours, you are able to reply to any contact regarding shift amendments, additions and other potential rostering matters. To read further information about your right to disconnect, please click the link below.
